Baba bildiği Kara Cemal, bitmek bilmeyen komploları uğruna oğlu bildiği ölüm meleğine de ihanet eder. Kadir, 6 saatte öldüren bir kimyasalla zehirlenir. Yaşamak ve sevdiklerini yaşatmak için tek çaresi Kara Cemal'in elinde tuttuğu panzehirdir. Bu sefer hayatı için Cemal'in istediklerini öldürmeye mecburdur. Aksiyon ve film noir türlerindeki yapıtın yönetmen koltuğunda daha önce Büşra ve Dağ filmlerine imza atan genç yönetmen Alper Çağlar bulunuyor.
