Filmin yönetmenliğini Noam Murro yapıyor. Başrollerini ise Sullivan Stapleton, Rodrigo Santoro ve Eva Green paylaşıyor. Frank Miller'ın grafik romanı Xerxes'ten uyarlanan 300'ün bu yeni filminde mücadele karadan denize taşınıyor. Kral Leonidas ve koruması Thermopylae'nin dar kanyonlarında büyük bir Pers ordusunu uzaklaştırmayı başarmış, aynı zamanda general Themistocles de Persleri püskürtmek için askerlerini bir araya toplamaya çalışmaktadır.Xerxes, Yunan başkenti Atina'yı ele geçirir. Kanlı bir savaşa giren Themistocles bu arada çok özel bir düşmanla karşı karşıyadır: Artemisia. Artemisia, acımasız ve entrikacı bir PErs ordusu lideridir ve Yunanlılara olan öfkesi onu daha bile tehlikeli hale getirmektedir. Themistocles'in bu savaşı kazanmak için eski rakipleriyle bir araya gelmek zorundadır. O rakipler de Spartalı savaşçılardan başkaları değildir. " |
