Summary, etc Grisham'dan yeni bir gerilim romanı... Mark, Todd ve Zola, daha iyi bir dünya yaratma hayaliyle hukuk fakültesine girmişlerdir. Ancak üçüncü sınıfa geçtiklerinde inanılmaz bir oyuna getirildiklerini fark ederler. Bir hayli borçlanarak devam ettikleri bu hukuk fakültesi, aslında eğitim düzeyi çok düşük olan, sadece kâr amaçlı ve mezunları bırakın iyi bir işe girmeyi, baro sınavını bile geçemeyen vasat bir okuldur. Bütün bunların üstüne bir de okul sahibinin, geçmişi karanlık bir fon yöneticisi ve ayrıca öğrencilere borç veren bir bankanın sahibi olduğunu öğrenince, üç arkadaş Büyük Hukuk Fakültesi dalaveresinin ağına takıldıklarını anlarlar. Ama belki de, bu durumdan bir çıkış yolu vardır. Belki de, altına girmiş oldukları ağır borç yükünden kurtulmanın, dalavereyi ifşa etmenin ve üstelik arada biraz da para kazanmanın bir yolu olabilir. Ancak bunu yapabilmek için önce okuldan ayrılmaları gerekmektedir. Peki mezuniyete kısa bir süre kalmışken böyle bir şey yapmak çılgınlık değil midir? Belki evet, belki hayır...
